Submit the Form

To start the process, we require the client to fill out a form. Yes, it's just that simple! The form provides the necessary information needed such as how to contact you, where your ceremony will take place, and more importantly...the date! Our job is to make our part in your special day as simple and smooth as possible.

Email

Once a form is submitted, an automatic email will be sent out to client to schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation.

Complimentary 20-min Consultation

A free complimentary 20-min consultation will be held via zoom. This consultation is for the couple and the officiant to familiarize themselves with each other and ask the more pertinent questions in regards to the ceremony, attire, and just an overall structure of how they would like their ceremony. If the client decides to move forward with the officiant, an invoice will be sent via Square.

Deposit & Script

To secure the date and the officiant, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is half of the total fee. Once the initial deposit is paid, the client will be sent a link to provide information for the script. The script questionnaire ensures that the couple and the officiant are on the same page in regards to the flow.

Final Payment & Script

Any script changes are due along with the final payment. Final payment is required 2-weeks prior to the ceremony date. Final payment invoice reminders are automatically set to remind the client that payment is due.
